We had a great stay at Elan Hotel! Everything was new, very clean, and well-maintained. The hospitality was excellent, and the staff truly went above and beyond to accommodate any needs or concerns. We loved the complimentary coffee and drinks, and the electric chargers in the parking were a big plus. Overall, their thoughtful service made our stay wonderful.

Great location in West Hollywood, staff was good to work with, and the hotel itself was very nice I like the remodel. Stayed 6 days and there was two days that I had to get housekeeping to come in and clean the room because they missed things or not come at all. As far as parking the parking lot is very tight (be careful) and every time I had to enter I had to call the front desk even though they said they monitor the cameras.

Single rooms are small but clean and modern, nice staff and free happy hour wine nights are a nice amenity. Only complaint would be the rooms/door are not very soundproof, meaning often times you can hear people talking in the hallways/next door. The building appears to be a renovated motel so don't expect the most modern aesthetic in the common areas and hallways, though it still feels clean and new. The area is also extremely convenient, close to Beverly Center with lots of high-end shopping and dining options within walking distance and close to Rodeo and medium walk/short drive to other areas in Beverly Hills. There is a Taco Bell right across the street which is open very late as well.

The Elan Hotel was part of my LA trip, and it turned out to be a great choice. I managed to do so much in such a short stay — checked in close to midnight and checked out almost at midnight the next day! The location is excellent — close to Beverly Hills, within walking distance of The Grove and Beverly Center, and just a short Uber ride to the Hollywood Bowl or Santa Monica. The room was perfect: clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The staff was friendly and professional, and they went above and beyond when I realized I had left a medicine in the fridge — they kept it refrigerated for five days until I returned to LA. Truly great service, an unbeatable location, and a wonderful experience overall. Would definitely stay again.

Booked a non-refundable 5 night stay here but the hotel and room were disappointing enough to where I booked the Sofitel LA for 5 nights nearby within an hour of arriving late at night. For some reason there was plastic all on the floors in the hallways with an unpleasant smell in the halls and room. A safe in the room couldn't be closed, it kept opening probably due to the tilt of the room and would have required me to pay to activate it just to close it. Overall it just didn't the expectations I had when I made the booking and forced me to pay for another 5 night stay elsewhere, but the front desk staff at the time was helpful given the situation.

Great stay overall. Quiet and everything was quite central to where the hotel is located. Toilet is tough to flush though, need to hold down the lever, water pressure of the shower could also be better but overall a great stay
