Just remember to pay tips, all staffs are nice, the rooms facilities abit old. Clean room, comfort stay.

Had to pay for parking, military discount was available and the receptionist said it was to late to get it... parking entrance was under the building the hotel door through the garage was supposed to be accessed by your room key, but there were some sketchy guys in the parking lot that had the door opened to be able to go in and out as the pleased it made us feel unsafe thank God it was our last night there. Just be careful before booking here if you are like us not from the area and didn't know what kind of area we decided to stay at.

The property itself is well maintained, room was clean, and the staff were super helpful and delivered great customer service. Unfortunately, their restaurant was closed due to COVID. They didn’t provide a to-go service like some other hotels I’ve recently stayed in, which was a bummer. The area does seem sketchy, there were small homeless setups down the sidewalk. There aren’t any places to eat near by, closest place was Jack n the Box about 5 blocks away. Honestly, that’s not the hotel’s fault.

Not the greatest!

My stay was ok I guess. They make you pay extra $10 for parking but when you go and park there’s actually no parking at all and you have to drive around the blocks to find a street parking. My sheets were not so clean. There was hairs on them. Too much going on and people going in and out.

This property was terrible honestly worst than a motel 6. Surrounding area is really urban and really ghetto had pan handelers in parking lot of hotel asking me for money.. Yes I said it in the parking lot. Also random people just hang out in the parking lot. Hall ways smelled of weed loud music of fellow guests partying. Good luck getting extra towels or soap from this place as they won’t bring you any. Worst hotel experience ever.

It was a hotel room. It was clean at least. Nothing special. On a busy street. They charge $10 for parking but you can park on the street. No complaints about the room.

Cockroaches!!!! Dirty Room!!!!No Parking!!!!

Horrible! Never booking here again! Our room had cockroaches and toilet was broken (wouldn’t flush), so we asked for another room second room was a lil better. Husband and I went out for food came back parking lot was full they told us to find a parking outside on the street so we’re out for almost 15 minutes trying to find a spot and still no luck!!!! Went back to the hotel told them I just wanted my money back, overall worst stay ever!

The staff was not very friendly. The rooms were not updated and seemed like they were dreary. We paid the extra amount for breakfast, but the cost of getting a glass of milk with it was high. I wouldn't stay at this location again.

Not my 1st choice

The front desk was friendly & fast. The room had a clean bed & bathroom. This is the 2nd time booking w/ Hotels.com that I booked a king & got 2 doubles. The room w/ the shower & toilet did not have light or heat. I flipped both switches & the knob was missing to turn the timer on the heater, so I had no choice but to leave door open for light. If you are in the back, you will most likely hear a dog(s) around 5am. The walls are thin, so you will also probably hear your neighbors.
