  • Large Studio,Cottage, built in the 30’s, Historic Belmont Heights. The Cottage is close to all freeways,shopping,restaurants . Movie Theaters ,3,Blocks from beaches, 7 min from Queen Mary, Pike and Downtown Long Beach, 15 min Huntington Beach ,25 minutes from Disneyland ,California Adventure, Knotts Berry farm, and Soak City.

    Bungalow is very charming, clean, Murphy bed is brand new, full size, very comfortable, brand new air conditioner, along with a sleeper sofa, plus new appliances, coffee maker, microwave, toaster,all cooking necessities ,bbq outside table and chair, coin ,laundry on site,
    TV -wi-fi, cable movie channels. Great neighborhood, residential, parking isn't a problem.
