This was a horrible experience. Desde que entramos al hotel, el olor fue muy fuerte. Era como fabuloso tratando muy fuerte de cubrir la suciedad. Entramos al elevador y estaba sucio el pacillo y las paredes. Al salir de ahi no encontramos con la persona de limpieza. Pobre se veia que hacia su mejor esfuerzo en limpiar con las cosas sucias que le dieron. Al entrar a el cuarto cucarachas. Y un olor a húmedo intenso. La verdad todo lo demas ya lo veia con asco. Mi hijo tenia calcetines blanco y camino por el cuarto como 5 minutos y los calcetines se pusieron negros percudidos. La verdad los tire a la basura. Ya no podia lavar esos calcetines. No para que quedaran blancos otra vez di no porque no quería hechar toda esa suciedad a la otra ropa. No me gusta reclamar y por eso no salimos de ahi era noche y ya la familia estaba muy cansada. No re comiento este lugar.

I arrive a little after 3pm to check-in. The first thing that caught me by surprise was the smell of body odor in the lobby. Check-in process was smooth though, I brought my pet. WiFi is available with no password but a little on the slow side. Step into the elevator, scratches, gang tags, graffiti, all throughout the elevator. It was small, dirty and felt like it would stop working at anytime. Definitely avoided riding the elevator with others in the likelihood that it broke down there would be limited air supply. The room was in the second floor. Carpet to the floor was dirty, grimy, I’m sure it’s vacuumed frequently but it need to be pulled and replaced. Or maybe no carpet….but wait, wooden floors don’t get any better. I open the door to my room, the strongest smell of Pine Sol or Fabuloso, mind you, I think t It wasn’t diluted because the floor was sticky. Sure it’s a disinfectant but who wants a sticky floor? The AC was cranked up all the way, there was no hair dryer in the bathroom, though there was a wall placement for one. The shower curtain looks like it needed to go into the laundry room. The bathroom mirror was covered in spit, bathroom ceiling needs to be wiped down from mildew..oh the venting the bathroom doesn’t work. Bathroom only had one towel for guest and 3 mini towels. Isn’t it standard that hotel/motels have two large body towels in the bathroom? Pros: Hot water Pet friendly No deposit Cons: Dirty asf Guest services 2.5/5 No guest

Got here at night tired from work wanted to just knock out, room they gave me was musky and ac wasnt working had to go down stairs to ask to change room 2nd room hallway reeked of weed but again i just wanted to sleep thankfully ac was working but the door had to get slammed to make sure it locked felt like a trap since i had to go and put parking pass on my car outside the cherry on top of everything so far was tv in the room didnt work 🙃

The room had roaches the room had a TV with no power cord so I had no tv to watch the bath tub was disgusting I asked the front desk for a tv or a different room and they told me that there was nothing they could do and as for Expedia they also told me that there was nothing they could do the hotel refunded me $20.00 and that was it I don’t recommend this hotel or Expedia

The room was very dirty, mirrors weren’t clean, furniture wasn’t wiped down, carpet was dirty and a corner of the bed was chewed off. They look nice from the outside, but once you walk in the room it’s a different story. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

This hotel is not it. The photos that are used on the listing are probably really old, from when this hotel first opened, but not indicative of its current state. It is much more run down, not cleaned between visitors, smells different in each room but still terrible. The first room that I was given, I found a roach and asked for another one. The man at the front desk was nice and allowed us to inspect another room to possibly give us upon request, but when we went up to check the next room, it was worse. While there was no roach in the second room, it clearly had not been cleaned from the last set of visitors. The sink had food in it, the wood floors clearly had staining, the countertop had not been cleaned either. It was absolutely disgusting, we grabbed our stuff and ran. There was no way we could spend the night there.

We left as soon as we got there, had to book a different hotel down the street. The property was rundown and dirty with a disgusting smell of a mix of cleaning products, must and bug repellent. We spotted lots of roaches so that explains the bug spray. Just needed a place for one night, but couldn’t do it. I would avoid this property.

The hotel was full of roaches of all kind. Staff weren’t friendly. Elevator, laundry area and back door were so dirty. It takes forever for us to open our room door. It’s so disgusting and disappointing.

The manager put me and my girls in a room that smelled like death. I took pictures of the bed with the same sheets on from the previous guest with black hair still in the bed. The tub had some kind nasty brown stuff by the drain and when I went to the front desk to report it and asked for a clean room all he said was “I just walked that room and it was clean”, he ended up putting us in a different room on another level which the room ended up having roaches that I believed that was coming from the trash room which was a few feet’s away from my room. It doesn’t seem to look like they take pride in this Extended Stay which is now own by new owners and call Relax Inn. This hotel should be shut down with all the short cuts that they are taking with the lack of cleanliness and no pest control. Being that they are pet friendly that could be another reason why it attracts roaches, they love the dog food. If you see roaches trust and believe they will start to see mice and rats! Don’t stay here if you can afford to stay somewhere else!!!
