不满意：清洁度
I was really excited for our stay, especially after a long 12-hour drive to get there. Unfortunately, that excitement quickly turned into frustration the moment we walked in.The floors were so dirty that we had to mop them ourselves—three times—before they even started to feel clean. My kids like to be barefoot and taking off their shoes and socks, their feet were completely black, which was shocking and unacceptable. The carpets in the bedrooms were also visibly dirty, the kitchen drawers had spilled food.It didn’t stop there—the utensil organizer was extremely dirty and even had what looked like shaved hair in it, which was honestly disgusting. I have never stayed in a rental property that was this unclean.Beyond cleanliness, the apartment is in need of upgrades and general maintenance. The towels provided were old, worn out, and should have been replaced long ago. It’s especially disappointing considering you’re charged a cleaning fee but arrive to a place that clearly hasn’t been properly cleaned.The only positive aspect was that the apartment itself was spacious. However, that alone doesn’t make up for the overall experience. With some serious improvements—and likely a better housekeeping service—this property could be much better. As it stands, our stay was very disappointing.
