「We spent 4 days in this great apartment with wonderful open ocean views. Penthouse (6th floor) with large private balcony. very comfortable outdoor furniture, which made it hard to leave the apartment. Meals at the pool restaurant were very good and reasonable with great margaritas. Take out pizza from Jazz on the Rocks (across the street). Did not go to the beach as stairs were a problem for us. Communication with Lynn was excellent. We can highly recommend.」

「Fantastic stay! The hosts were amazing and quick to respond to any questions we had. I can't say enough good things about this place. It was beautiful, spacious and spotless. Beds were very comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need. The balcony was huge and the views were awesome. Property was stunning and the staff was outstanding. Only place we will stay in Cabo.」

「The condo had a beautiful view and the location was great. My only comment would be make sure you have shower soap and your own shampoo because it’s not provided. But otherwise everything you need is there. The owner and concierge service provides excellent communication. We would come back again!」

「This condo was exceptional!!! Million dollar views as soon as you walk in. The condo was so well stocked with everything from coffee to beach towels. Everything was very clean! The location is perfect. Right, on the beach, right by the pool, and a short walk to the marina. The drinks and food served at the swim up bar were phenomenal. Everything was beautiful and perfect. Definitely exceeded our expectations. Staff was so friendly!! Will definitely rent again!!」

「Steven's 3-bedroom unit at HBC was everything I'd hoped it would be, and more! My parents have stayed many times at HBC and always book directly with the hotel, but we needed a larger unit for our family vacation so I convinced them to book through VRBO (better rate). Communication with Steven (the owner) was so easy and direct, and he answered all my questions and concerns before we arrived. The unit (located in the building closest to check-in/pool/restaurant, etc.) was absolutely gorgeous...

「Clean, nicely decorated, spacious and well equipped property. Loved the heated infinity pool and pristine patio area. Condo was what we expected from photos - note: steep walk uphill to access condo . Host, Kelley, condo owner answered questions and concerns we had. Her driver Manny ( and drivers) were polite respectful and punctual.」
