The best
From the moment we arrived to the last day, our family appreciated the hospitality and service. Resort was beautiful, food delicious and service spectacular. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. Love the shopping on site as well. The spa was worth it too. Had the best hour massage. We are so pleased with our stay at Las Ventanas.

Absolutely beautiful resort. Excellent service and gorgeous views from all over the resort. The dining options are all top quality!! Would recommend this hotel to anybody who loves absolute luxury. Will be coming back in the future :)

This place is pure magic! From the food, to the staff, to the rooms, it’s pure luxury and attention. Be ware that things are expensive on the resort but portions are huge so sharing meals is not a problem in this regard. They give you a lot of great freebies to make up For the prices. Amazing resort!

Beautiful resort with spectacular comfortable rooms. Food was good. I just wasn’t comfortable with some of the staff. In a way they kind of size you up. Felt a little judged.

This is hands down the best service and hotel experience my wife and I have ever had. From the minute you arrive you are treated like nothing short of royalty. The staff makes you feel like you are the most important guest at the hotel. The grounds are pristine, the rooms are gorgeous and very comfortable. Our butler service was outstanding. Every small detail is thought of at this resort and the staff make you feel like family. We were there during the passing of Hurricane Hilary. At another resort this probably would have been a trip ruining turn of events, but not at Las Ventanas. They accommodated us with all kinds of amazing activities that kept us out of the weather. Tequila, and wine tastings. Salsa Dancing, Fitness classes, spa accommodations. The food at the resort is spectacular and La Botica Speak East night club is a very special place to spend evenings listening to live entertainment enjoying incredible drinks. I would be remiss if I didn't mention Waldo the guest experience manager. He is AWESOME! He made our stay so special, and it's a pleasure to now call him our friend. Thank you Las Ventanas for an unforgettable time. nuestro amor desde Texas! nos vemos pronto!
