“Gorgeous hotel, on arrival we had free glass of wine we also were treated to a bottle of wine and chocolate in our room. We also got an unexpected room upgrade for free which was lovely. The pool area was beautiful. Hotel vibe was really really nice. My only comments would be inside the pool there was some green markings from where the water sits. This could be a bit better and the food options on an evening could also be improved but other than that the hotel was beautiful. The location was……

“Great hotel, we booked the Prestige package, which was very much worth it, daily free spa access, unlimited bottled water and access to the restaurants (as a substitute for the buffet dinner). Two comments: 1. The tennis rackets are in very poor condition, so bring your own if you want to play 2. The late check out (which is included in the Prestige package depending availability) was a bit cumbersome to get arranged, we ended up having to talk to the hotel manager to use this benefit, but in……

“Ideal location, near to shops, beach and places to eat out if you would like to. Room was always kept clean and the pool areas were always tidy. Overall a great stay!”

Nous avons demandé un nouveau passage de la femme de ménage, mais malgré cela, le nettoyage restait insuffisant : toilettes sales, sol mal nettoyé, etc. Ne parlons pas des cafards qui font leur vie… Le ménage n’est effectué qu’un jour sur deux, ce qui est étonnant pour un hôtel 4 étoiles. “Great location. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Room is spotlessly clean and comfortable. It was ideal for a short stay of 5nts but if I were staying longer I would request a room on first floor as mine was next to the pool and entrance which had no privacy. I was forced to keep the curtains closed in the daytime if I was in the room. I would have preferred to let the natural light in but it was not too great a problem as I was out most days.”
