“Staff had exceeded our expectations in being helpful and polite. The hotel was beautiful and centrally located. The premises were so well-kept it was hard to believe that the structure (at least part of it) has been around since 1502!”

“My room had a problem with the hot small fridge and the toilet fluh. This was fixed in next 30 minutes. If you have a room on west side of the hotel, when you have a look thru the window it's all a mess as it's a landfill with a lot of trash bags 🎒 which is not the really Hampton by Hilton Standard as I know.”

“I stayed in El Beaterio for 4 nights. It’s such a beautiful casa museo located in a quiet area. The room is nice and clean decorated with old maps of La española. The courtyard has lots of sunlight and plants that I enjoyed my breakfast here (though you need to apply mosquito repellent as they are quite active if you come in early morning like 6-8am) Check out the terrace in the early morning and you would get a nice photo with sun rise. The staff here are very nice. I stayed in the room……
