「Liked the location close to metro.. room was comfortable if small. Didn't like the lack of reception staff on site and found the lockers for storing luggage frustrating.」

「好」

「The cleaning ladies are very diligent and caring to visitors. The only thing I really don’t like is that when I arrive in the morning after long flight and will stay for 4 days they say the early check in will charge euro 49. I thought it’s fair and then I decline it. However when I checked out I saw a same situation and the desk voluntarily ask the customers to come back in an hour and the room will be ready in the morning. It’s differing treatment which makes me feel unfairly treated 」

「propre, bien situé près des métros, tranquille.」

「Good option in the Pozuelo area but limited amenities and service hours.」

「It was mentioned that there was no front desk. However, there were no responses to my messages. None, whatsoever. In the kitchen, there were no utensils, knife, cutboard or other basics you'd expect when a host advertises a kitchen. The room was cold and the thermostat was locked so we were uncomfortable throughout the stay.」

「It is an inexpensive apartment and quite comfortable for the price. The only drawback was a cockroach infestation.」

「No WiFi, tried contacting nobody answers, not good service」

「A lovely hotel with an excellent rooftop swimming pool and a convenient location. The staff are friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a great experience!」
