Old dated very inaccessible if you are older

We arrived and it seemed we were entering middle earth it is at the bottom of a very very very steep hill and my partner suffers from hip problems We tried the hill once and told the owner who lives next door that we would not be staying Not really described properly this should have been pointed out in advert
