「When we arrived the room was a brisk 20C. I set the thermostat at 24C, on "heat" mode. Nothing changed. Called the front desk, they sent up maintenance. After much fiddling with Google translate, he told me it was set correctly and "it just takes time". 12 hours latter, it was still 20C. When I sneezed in the room, it snowed! There was also a very strong chemical smell. If you have chemical sensitivities, I would avoid this hotel.」

I would be perfect if the staff can provide 2 swipe cards per room instead 1. It’s bit hassle to move around the hotel especially with other family member were in different level.」

「Ik heb 4 nachten geboekt bij het Ibis Hotel. De locatie is goed en op loopafstand kom je bij Pantai Losari. Het personeel is vriendelijk en doet hun best jouw verblijf zo prettig mogelijk te maken. Echter, het gebouw en de kamers stinken ontzettend naar VOCHT. Het is gewoon niet gezond. Als je de lift uitstapt op welke verdieping dan ook. Heel het gebouw heeft een nare vochtgeur, wat ook in de kamers STERK merkbaar is. Daarnaast is het ontbijt, niet duur, maar ook van slechte kwaliteit. Weinig...

About 25 minutes at hotel conter, my name is not detected by counter incharge, even i showed your email booikng confirmation.. very gratefull after 25 mnt they found my name under expedia.. if not... my room is none no booking n i hv lot lot of trouble 2..The hotel said my booking is room only,, no breakfast.... even i showed booking confirnation... hotel showed me their received order is room only.. 3.The hotel is strategic location for shopping, culiner and losari sight seeing, just walking...

「Location not that great but price is good. The staff was superbly friendly and welcoming, the best feature of this hotel I must say. The hotel is outdated and in deep need for good renovation and scrubbing. Aircon is not cold also even when we set it at 18 degrees with highest fan speed. 」
