“The good - Conveniently located downtown for eats/drinks and check-in via codes was easy. The bad - At night time, some folks that were squatting right outside the main entrance/door (and charging their phones) which did not feel very safe since this room is the first one through the main door. Upon entry to the building, there was a legit pile of cleaning supplies, tower fan, paper towels, etc. in 3x large tote bags completely blocking the door. My friend had already checked in, but I got in……

“I cannot start to describe the horrible stay we had at this piece of property. If you are planning a stay here all I can say is DO NOT. It has horrible parking about a block away and for only one vehicle. Received a parking ticket just for parking in front to unload our baggage. We stayed one night with our family there because one of the rooms flooded and we gave up our room for them, so we also had to pay for a hotel room because of this on top of the 5300 we paid to rent this place. “Overall, we had a very good experience. If one is looking for a great location to explore Knoxville, or you are attending a conference, this is a superb place. There were a couple of notes that are worth pointing out. One was likely an oversight by the owner and the property management company. The owner offered us a discount on staying an additional night, which we accepted. However, that didn’t get communicated to the property manager who had a cleaning crew show up at our original checkout……
