“We loved the proximity to downtown. The apartment was very nice. However, this place is not ideal for those with cat allergies, not because of the apartment itself, but the apartment directly across the hall reeks of cat urine which seeps into this space.”

“The good - Conveniently located downtown for eats/drinks and check-in via codes was easy. The bad - At night time, some folks that were squatting right outside the main entrance/door (and charging their phones) which did not feel very safe since this room is the first one through the main door. Upon entry to the building, there was a legit pile of cleaning supplies, tower fan, paper towels, etc. in 3x large tote bags completely blocking the door. My friend had already checked in, but I got in……

“You cannot beat this location! The space was clean and comfy. Not strong on amenities so make sure to bring your own or hit the store for coffee, oil, etc. upon arrival. They do provide a starter pack of toiletries and kitchen items like soap, sponge, etc. kind of bare bones but enough to make do! If you like to sleep in, bring an eye mask for the bigger bedroom as there is a skylight. Or sleep in the other bedroom - that one stays super dark. Noise was not an issue. We heard the train a couple……

“The room was excellent, bed was very comfortable, plenty pillows, sheets and blankets. The host (James Caperton) was very informative, knowledgeable about the property and kept in touch with us.Parking was free right across the street and there were plenty good places to eat (to many lol…) the capitol ice cream shop is a must try!There are plenty shops and things to do in and around the property.We stayed four days and didn’t want to leave!”

“Nice Condo downtown Knoxville. Easy to walk to local restaurants and shops. Very loud between railroad station and interstate. Ice machine not working. My husband and I had a wonderful time. Felt very safe in this area. Free parking under the bridge about 2 blocks away.”

“Our property was in the heart of Old City right next to great restaurants like Kefi, Lonesome Dove, and Fiori. It's also walking distance to the great shops, bars, and restaurants on Gay St. The place has a cool vibe with a great big open living room with high ceilings and tall windows. It's great for families visiting the University of Tennessee!”

“This unit is in a great location. Unfortunately I can’t speak to any other aspect of the property because the host cancelled our reservation the day after we were supposed to check in. The electronic keypad was not working when we arrived. After an hour on the phone with their customer service team (host’s team, not VRBO) we were told they couldn’t help us that night but they had a locksmith scheduled to come in the morning. They told us to get a hotel which they would reimburse us for. The……
