It also features a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, king and queen beds, twin bed, chaise couch, a flat grassy backyard, 2 outdoor patios. 6 restaurants nearby or a food lion for grocerys. Hardware store & dollar general nearby. Rejuvenate in the bright open living room with high ceiling and skylights. Take the kids to the private Tugaloo beach and playground/pavilion. Plenty of Parking on site. Hi-speed internet + FREE WIFI , Extremely safe neighborhood, lots of privacy, walking distance to Tellico village wellness center for all your fitness needs. Cozy and clean condo in Tellico Village
Nic’s condo is in a perfect location to explore Tellico Village! A cute condo very well kept. Perfect amount of space for my husband and I and our pup. Communication with Nic was excellent! Always responded quickly. We enjoyed our stay very much and hope that this condo is available when we return. And we will return!

Great Location
We were visiting my mother for Christmas and this was a perfect location. Only 4 miles from her house. I would definitely recommend this property. And the fact that it was pet friendly, made it that much better.

Stay at Tellico Village
Overall we enjoyed the location of the property & the townhouse served our needs. I am not a clean freak by any means but the place was excessively dirty. It did not appear that it was cleaned after the last people were there. The property owner was easy to work with. Responds quickly. I do recommend that the owner make needed repairs, replace carpet, find a better cleaning service, & supply more items in the house. We had to buy things like kitchen towels/washcloths, cleaning supplies, & other items. The outside area was too dirty to enjoy. So many cobwebs inside & out. This is a great place to stay & if these things are taken care of we would consider staying there again.

We were in town to visit friends in the area. We enjoyed the property. Had all essentials needed. Nice back yard and safe neighborhood to walk in with trails leading out of the neighborhood. Overall a good stay. Would recommend.
