Clearer instructions—especially about which door leads to the elevators—would have helped.You’re required to download a separate app for access info and a security deposit is placed on your credit card, which feels odd for a VRBO stay. 「My family and I stayed here for a few days and it was a very nice experience. The host was very pleasant and communicative throughout our stay. The property was exactly as advertised. It was located in a very quiet and secured building. It was very clean and included nice little extras such as body wash and shampoo/conditioner in the bathrooms and an electric kettle and tea bags. We would definitely stay here again. 」
