「100% nicer than the Hampton down the street」

「Love the location. Breakfast food not the best.」

「The property is in a remodel. But it was clean and organized. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good, but they ran out of eggs at 7 o’clock in the morning on a Sunday. The lady helping did not speak very good English.」

「This is a nice hotel, but we ran into a couple of issues. Unfortunately, our room did not get cleaned on our two-night stay. Also, the toilets are so loud that they will literally make you jump. You might think I'm overreacting, but they are truly obnoxious. The automatic coffee maker in the lobby was the best and Robert at the front desk was also great. Also, a good location for our visit to KC.」

「Great place but need better lighting at bathroom mirror.」

「This place is awesome! My wife and I both like the architecture and design of this house. The attention to detail is everywhere you look! The added bonus of hearing the gentle sound of a train in the distance just added to the ambience and feel of that time period when this house was first built. It was very charming and we can’t wait to visit again!」

「,We stay at this Hampton whenever we visit our grandchildren. They make us feel special, it’s always clean, and everyone is so friendly. You can tell they love their job, and want to make you love staying with them.」

「good」

「My ratings were supposed to be all 5 stars but the format for cellphones only allows 4 stars - bummer . This property was absolutely immaculate- spotlessly clean. Breakfast was great for a free breakfast - lots of options that stayed stocked and warm all morning long - the pantry was well stocked with lots of options. the staff was incredible! Very friendly and accommodating. Rooms are very comfy and the WiFi strong.」

「The environment is good. I like this hotel.」
