We had booked a room from a 3rd party. We had called 15 mins before, so we didn't have to go through a 3rd party. Unfortunately we had to. When we went to check in. They wr over booked. And canceled our room. We spent the next 2 hrs looking for a hotel that could accommodate my mother.

Clean rooms great staff. Coin laundry (located on 2nd floor) was down while I was there but repair techs on site working on it. Great For U-Haul movers with major U-Haul service center right across the street. Great location with easy access to food and shopping located right off the freeway

Booked a 2 night stay for 9-18,19 with insurance. Issue's for night of the 18th came up in the AM. Tried working with Expedia and hotel both to receive refund or discounted price for the room on the 18th. Neither Expedia or Hampton Inn would work with me to resolve the issue. I stayed 1night ended up paying $467.20 with a refundable $50 after checkout.

Under construction. Couldn’t use exit doors or stairs on north side of building due to being blocked with carpet boxes etc. that’s a fire hazard and a fine if the fire dept was to come by and could cost someone their life if there was a fire.

I showed up with a reservation in their system but they said that Expedia overbooked them and they did not have a room for me. They did not offer me any solutions and I had to drive my family an hour down the road and beg for a room at 1am to have a place to sleep tonight. The front desk clerk offered no alternatives and stated she called her general manager who said it was an issue with Expedia and to call their customer support which was obviously the most useless information as it was midnight. I’m still fighting to get the $250 I paid for the reservation and Expedia and the hotel are both doing their best job to make this as difficult a process as possible.
