We kindly ask that you treat the home as your own, and guests are responsible for any damages or loss, which should be reported immediately.

For reliability, we recommend using a local pick-up location or requesting doorstep delivery if sending items here. ▻ Third-Party Bookings - We cannot accept bookings made on behalf of someone else. ▻ Mail Back Service - If you forget something, we can mail it back for a $50 fee (as long as it’s not an oversized item) ▻ Cancellation - To receive a full refund, you must cancel within 24 hours of booking reservation. Any cancellations after this window will be charged according to the number of nights stayed. ▻ I have an exterior camera installed along the hallway and the main entrance of the building, it is on and recording 24/7. ▻ There is a noise decibel monitor in the listing that assess sound level but don't record audio. ▻ Pet Policy – We’re happy to welcome pets! IMPORTANT NOTES: - The building is located next to a busy highway, and while we strive to ensure a comfortable stay, please note that some traffic noise may be audible (we provide ear plugs and a white noise machine for comfort). Additionally, the building is in an up-and-coming neighborhood, which means there are areas still under development, and you may occasionally encounter homeless individuals. We recommend staying mindful, as you would in any area. The parking lot behind the building is free and controlled by the city; however, it may be considered poorly lit. Overall, it’s a lively and vibrant community!
