Staff was extremely nice, room was above expectation. I wish there was a hot tub though, arter a long drive it wouldve been nice to relax in it. I was able to find 1 last parking spot in the back otherwise i wouldve had to park across the strest. Overall i am pleased with my visit

They don’t check the key cards before they hand them wand I had to make several trips back to the front desk to get them fixed. Very frustrating!

Staff was rude at check-in, had to pay for parking which first for us considering we cone here 4 times a year. Barely had hot water, and breakfast has changed. This will be our last time staying. Other guests were also complaining

People were stomping above us and hitting the walls on both sides of us for 4 days straight. The breakfast was good the first morning but then by the fourth day (Sunday) there was nothing even left out that wasn't still there from the first morning. It seems like nobody wants to be there and it's a dirty building that needs better care. Tub was broken. And they make you request cleaning. Nobody works. It's obviously just to collect a check. Meanwhile me and my family were trying to have a vacation. Fool me once.

The staff was very friendly, the property was very clean and quiet. Parking different but luckily we were able to get a spot in front of the hotel. Overall it was a great experience. We will do it again!!!

Expected better from a Hilton property
Disappointed with our stay, won't stay again. Room was not clean . . . shampoo/body wash dispensers were empty. Bathroom ventilation fan was not working. Stayed on the 5th floor and the corridors were very dimly lit . . . not what you want to see when you open a hotel door in a strange city.

Didn’t tell us they don’t clean the room, sink didn’t drain and didn’t fix it (had 3 days), hot water in shower had no water pressure, extra pillows had no pillow cases

The property does not look like its picture on Expedia. We did not feel safe in the area. The parking was limited and we had to pay for it, which was not apparent on the Expedia site. The room decor was dated and appeared dingy, although it was clean. The staff however, were friendly.

Not well taken care of
This hotel seems to be rather new but unfortunately not well taken care of. Could certainly use better cleaning and doesn't seem to be any concern about fixing even small broken things on the property. Stained carpeting in the room and general lack of attention to cleanliness.

Staff was always extremely helpful and nice! With that being said, most of the issues I had concerned the state of the room. In the shower, there was a small elastic wrapped with curly hair around one of the shampoo bottles so it clearly was not looked at or cleaned. Also, after walking around in the hotel room without any slippers, the bottom of my feet became dirty, which means the carpet in the room was dirty. The remote to the TV did not work and the microwave did not work. I called to inform the front desk and we were told someone would come up and look at it.. I just felt it should have been checked prior to us checking in. They are pretty convenient and affordable, just need to work on the cleanliness and preparedness of the room. Also, the walls/floors are a bit thin, I think a family with small children may have been in the floors above us and you could hear them running around the room from 8am to 3am.. and it made it difficult to sleep.

Better than the last time…
Upon checking into our room we found the garbage can full of garbage from the previous guests. Staff did come and remove it immediately. There were four registered guest in our room and only two wash cloths we had to constantly request more and were were told they hadn’t been laundered. This happens every time I stay here.
