Great location with a full one bedroom apartment. It is very minimalist decor with concrete floors. Foosball table was an interesting addition. Very secure entry plus an attendant nearby. The building is cool and the elevator goes directly to the Troll pub in the basement or restaurants on street level. Tons of restaurants and bars are on the block or a short walk away. The full size bed was very firm. There is parking nearby but not on the property.
