The bed sheets and pillows were clean which was nice. Location was convenient, security cameras reinforced a sense of safety. The nighttime was quiet and peaceful. Hole in curtains covering windows to outside. Curtain open close rope not working hanging out of track. Entry Door dirty - filthy inside and out. Stench of smoke old musty smell with hint of marijuana in room, could not be aired out. Dirty sink bathroom, stains around bathtub moisture or mildew with discoloration. Overnight stay caused me to cough and produce unusual amount of phlegm for about 6 hours after leaving the room. Door to bathroom could not be closed , door seemed sagged or skewed or the door frame tilted or shifted - to the point where the door could not be closed leaving 3 inch open gap. Everything looked like it was falling apart. Walls had indications of mold on ceiling. We chose to drive back that night instead of sleeping overnight - and then traveling in the morning, rather than sleeping again in that room - even though we paid for two (2) more nights. Even though I signed on a non refundable agreement - there was a verbal component regarding early check out from one manager and promised refund - general manager would not authorize and honor that verbal promise. Concrete walkway with major chips exposing 6 inches of rebar , rebar showing. Internet cut out every 15 minutes -almost like clockwork - without warning or so, so lot of cell data was consumed adding to the expense. Not recommended.

I knew this was not the most up to date facility but it really has gone from not too bad to just bad. It was a roof over our head and a bed, no frills at all. Disappointed 😕

You had to navigate a minefield of potholes to get there, but the person at the front desk was surprisingly friendly and helpful--very refreshing. The room was clean, the bed a bit hard.

Our first night we were given a room that was in bad shape and in need of deep cleaning and refurbishing. We requested a different room, showing pictures to the management. They were apologetic and moved us to a room that was in much better condition. When we mentioned that both rooms smelled of smoke (they were supposed to be nonsmoking rooms), they apologized again and said most of their clients smoke.

First of all, the woman at the front desk was a pleasure to deal with. Very friendly and helpful. Great attitude. They accommodated me with a great place to park my truck and trailer and still have an eye on it. Thank you. Now the room, pretty run down. Very dirty rug. Sheets were clean. TV worked and had a full size fridge. And microwave. Had what I needed, but rug really needs to be vacuumed.

The hotel said that we did not pay for the 9th and the 10th and that we did not have payment completed through you all. They kept trying to get us to pay for the room again through them but I told them that's not right cause that's why Experian takes care of that. They told us on the 10th that because we had not paid them for the rooms again that we had to leave or they would call the law. Me and my husband where put out in the cold AFTER WE HAD RESERVED AND THE RECIPTS EVEN SHOW PAYMENT IS PAID AND COMPLETED TO THE PROPERY. The place is a hole in the wall. Dirty and broken down. Bathrooms were almost osha violations. And forget asking the staff for any sort of assistance. I could tell right away that this place caters to the must stay crowd. The lack of care is a direct result of the type of people they have staying there

The bed was the worst had huge sag in the center that could not be gotten around. Under construction and the water was so hot you could not bathe. Franchise hotel so nobody gave a crap about the condition or the complaints

I'll just say for what they are asking in this area you can't complain..I seen no bed bugs or roaches yet hopefully so they score good in my book..

Front desk staff very nice. Room was clean but did smell a little mildewy. Air worked great. Shower pressure was great. Overall a good stay.

When arrived, there was noone at the counter and i waited 15 minutes before a maintenance man came in and called for the guy in the back. About 10 minutes later, the guy came up, kept answering the phone and repeatedly asking me who i booked my room through. After going through this game of him asking for my id, asking who i booked my room through, and him answering the phone, i was told that there wasnt a clean room for me and I had to wait an additional 20 minutes before he came up to say they had a room now, and we repeated the cycle of asking who i booked my room through and for my id. I showed up at 2:15 and check in started at 2. Do not reccomend.
