Great property and easy rental!

We had two families in the home and there was plenty of room for everyone! Everything was perfectly clean and comfortable, and we loved the set up. Our host was very easy to work with and get ahold of. We’ll definitely be back!

Great place for Derby group to stay

Great house & area to stay with a larger group. Place is great & relatively close (~25 mins) to the track & airport. Will look to stay there again next year.

Perfect Family Vacation Home

Home is just as pictures portray. Beautiful neighborhood, very nice, kept well, and super clean. Perfect location! We will definitely use this property in the future.

Wonderful experience & location

We enjoyed our time in Louisville, the house was clean and supplied with essential necessities. We especially enjoyed the location of house and access to nearby restaurants.

Girls trip

There were 5 of us girls and we came for opening day of the Derby. We were absolutely in love with the whole entire house. It is stunning! We all wished we could move in. It was spotless and every detail was amazing. The beds were really comfortable. And the neighborhood was incredible! Seriously cutest neighborhood ever and such a nice area. We took a few walks and literally could not have loved it more. Would 100% stay here again.

Kentucky Spirit Retreat - Norton Commons - April 2024

Our recent stay at the Kentucky Sprit Retreat property in Norton Commons more than surpassed our expectations. The home is open, clean, comfortable, and inviting with a great floorplan, elegant furnishings and well appointed amenities. And it's located in a great area - safe and picturesque with numerous walkable restaurants, shops and bars, and dozens of others just a short 5 minute drive away. We were able to easily explore downtown within minutes and had easy highway access to head out to numerous distilleries all over the Bourbon Trail in smaller towns. Working with Brandon at Bourbon Trail Rentals was a delight and he attended to our every question and need, making both booking and our stay smooth and enjoyable. A great experience!
