"Staff are friendly- clean room- I have a bit of issue with smell- Brought my own Lavender room spray. It helps. Near the Grotto,which is good as I was with elderly. Bring your own thermos,if you are a chamommile tea person,as theres no kettle in the room. Although. I ask the night staff for a pot of hot water. Very kind male staff. Thanks to him. "Room was comfortable and well equipped. Staff were helpful. Breakfast was fine. The hotel caters for many big groups, who can be noisy, but they were in a separate section of the dining room. Groups seemed to start early, so by 8.15 they had all left and the dining room was quiet. We didn't notice the groups anywhere else in the hotel."
