"I would advise against solo female travellers staying there. This part of Chapinero isn’t the best and the hotel didn’t feel safe. The staff weren’t the best. The wifi barely works. No soap in the shower. I left for two days to travel elsewhere and my room had not been made up in those two days. "

"Liv Hotel is a clean and fancy hotel in a great location! You can enjoy walks down beautiful tree-lined streets in the hills, and eat at any of the delicious restaurants nearby, and the surrounding neighborhood is clean and safe and walkable. The staff is EXCELLENT, and I felt safe here as a solo female traveler."

"I have stayed at The Grace many times. A lovely boutique hotel with the best shower pressure. However, my room, although very clean, was showing several signs of age and was in need of serious refreshing. It was a struggle to open the kitchenette cupboards, the fridge didn't work, no plates, mismatched cutlery. In the bathroom, stains on the walls, missing plaster and grout and items hanging off the wall. It was a shame to see a hotel that I love looking quite tired. "
