Sat on the edge of the Wolds the market town of Louth there is an abundance of independent shops, cafes and pubs to explore. Cadwell Park racing circuit is a short drive away and for those that enjoy golf, there are several within easy reach. There are many walks and cycle routes in the area and the beach at Donna Nook (famous for the seal colony) is a popular day out for the whole family. For those wishing to visit seaside resorts Skegness and the Victorian resort of Mablethorpe with its superb beaches are within easy reach. Louth tennis court is available to non members.


Step into the lounge/kitchen/diner with its stylish kitchen, it has everything you need for cooking up a meal for everyone, an electric oven and hob, fridge and dishwasher. The breakfast bar has space for four and is ideal for tucking into a hearty brunch before heading out for the day. In the lounge area it offers comfortable seating, TV/ and leads to the rear garden. There are two king-size bedrooms (1 zip and link which can be made into twins on request). Also there is wet room with shower and WC.


Through the back door, leads onto a pretty enclosed garden space and bistro table. The owners have six acres for you to explore, part of this is a picnic field with benches and wild flower hedges making Through the back door, step into your own secure garden area where you can relax and unwind. Enjoy access to a picnic area with benches, the perfect spot for al fresco dining while watching the farm animals graze peacefully nearby. There is also a fully enclosed dog exercise paddock that your four-legged friends will love. For a truly memorable stay, the owners also offer an alpaca experience, giving guests the opportunity to meet and spend time with these charming animals. The property further benefits from ample off-road parking.
