“Fantastic place to stay. The managers were so nice, they were always nearby to answer questions and make sure we were having a good time. Our roo. Was kept very clean and stayed cool. The hotel had towels, chairs, snorkels, and other beach equipment for us to borrow as well as sunscreen and other toiletries left behind by other guests. They offer free parking and the hotel is an easy walk into Cruz Bay to get to the taxi stand or shopping/ restaurants. Hope to come back some day!”

“I recently checked in, and unfortunately, the air conditioning in my room was not cooling properly. The situation became even worse on the second night when the unit stopped cooling altogether. What was most disappointing was that the room did not even have a fan to help alleviate the situation. When I requested to change rooms, I was told that the hotel was completely booked. No apology was offered, nor was I offered any discount or compensation for the inconvenience and discomfort. Overall,……

“The views were beautiful and walking distance to town. The room was clean but our room was unfinished. For example, windows with no curtains and a slider that only had a partial curtain and didn’t fully close. The neighbors got a show every night (and not by choice) Also our water was cut off -twice- but they quickly fixed it. The pool area was hit or miss with too many day-passers drowning the vibe. When you arrive - expect to carry your luggage up two flights of stairs. The food was excellent……

“It was a beautiful resort. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. I liked that we had the option to eat and use the sister resort next door. I would definitely recommend this resort.”

“We had a great stay in spite of the sargassum! They offer shuttles to other beaches and honestly the smell was only bad in the mornings and that was at the main area and pool. Amazing room amazing view! Helpful staff but bring cash for tips if you’re golf farting around. A little salesy upon arrival bc it is a vacation club but all very nice. Complimentary margs upon arrival! Shots one day! Kids activities! Lots of fun in the sun!”
