Vanderbilt is a small, quiet town. For more things to do, visit Gaylord (8 miles), Boyne City (15 miles) or Petoskey (20 miles).

This is a great place for snowmobiling, a hike through the pigeon river with a chance of seeing wild elk, or a quick stop to get a good night sleep.
