“This is such a wonderful place to spend with your family. I especially enjoyed the beautiful lake view and the tranquility that it brought. Its private pier brought the convenience to deliver a rental boat to us. We sailed to a dock-and-dine waterfront restaurant at Mooresville. We also did kayaks, paddleboards, and sailing during our stay. The house is very clean and the host is very responsive for our questions. Two nights were not enough and we wish we could stay longer. We definitely will……

“First, Georgia (homeowner) was outstanding with communication. Quick and clear responses to any questions. Second, the house was clean and convenient in a great location on the lake. The 2nd floor screened in deck with fans was where we spent most of our time playing games, eating and relaxing. We rented a boat from Georgia and she made it very convenient (offered to drop it off at our dock). 5 stars all around.”

“We chose the Azaela Cottage b/c our daughter was holding her wedding 3 doors down. But it was perfect for the parents of the bride. Far enough away from all the wedding shenanigans, but close enough we could easily help w/anything required. B/c we were there for an occasion, we didn't get to experience all the cottage/lake amenities, but it was still a lovely place to unwind & enjoy our time away from home. Would love to stay again & see more of the area.”

“I enjoyed the location of this property and the responsiveness of the host. However, all the good pictures of the house are in the post. The floor was soft, the bathroom door had been kicked in at some point and didn’t even shut. There were holes in the ceiling from a previous leak, etc. I hope there is a place on this app that I can add the pics that I took”

“The simple home was everything but simple a great location , lots of space and things for both adults and children. We only wish it was warm enough to enjoy the pool. The house was clean and well stocked. And Teri was awesome.”

To be all together in a beautiful home with the lake and activities vs staying in a typical hotel setting - was so much more enjoyable! We loved our time together as a family! “We came for a weekend trip to go to the Oyster & Wine Festival in Charlotte and found this cute cottage on Lake Wylie to stay at. The house sits at the end of a street with very nice homes on either side. The parking area is circular which was nice since we had 2 vehicles with us. The home itself is nice and cozy, has a "lake vibe", was clean and had plenty of kitchen things and a coffee maker. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay again. Its about 10 minutes to a grocery store and……

“This is the first time I stayed in a Kasa property. I will definitely look for them on our next trip. This location is not close to the grocery store. Downtown is close but you need to drive. Uber eats delivered the gate with no issues. ”
