“This place was so comfortable and clean and in the perfect location. It’s in a nice quiet neighborhood where you can walk the dogs and feel safe. Loved it and will stay again!”

“Nice fairly clean property. There was a bid nest directly over the main entrance and a pile of bird crap stacked up, made exit and entry gross. Trashcans had not been emptied so we had to stack up our trash on top when we checked out. Rooms big, beds were comfortable, quiet neighborhood.”

“Fantastic place!! Felt like home!! I would recommend this to everyone I know! Communication with host was excellent! Can't wait to come back and stay again!”

“Its an amazing stay for the price.”

“Property was perfect - clean, comfortable, convenient to town and just what we needed. Will be back!”

“Very clean and host provided so much more than was expected. Communication was key for me. And I happened to forget an item and host made it possible to return properly. Satisfied customer and if in area, will book again.”

“Great location to the event we were attending. It was clean, roomy and nice to have the garage to park in. Overall, a good experience.”

“Place was exactly as described. Clean and has everything you need including a washer dryer. My wife & I did find the master bedroom mattress hard on our backs but that could just be us. Overall I'd definitely recommend this place. Host was great as well.”

“Great house close to downtown and bike paths.”

“Responsive and very accommodating host. Everything was clean. 10/10”

“grateful for a quaint place to stay that we were able to bring our two pups along with! We made use of the hot tub and fire pit and got plenty of R&R in between exploring the Rogers/Bentonville area.”

“We had a fabulous time here. The house was adorable. It had the amenities you’d need. Comfy bed. Beautiful views. We loved going down to fish where you can launch kayaks. It was a nice trip. Natalie was great about answering questions. The internet was great for streaming shows. The thermostat wanted to keep jumping up-assuming it’s on a schedule- but was easily adjusted to your preferred temperature. We absolutely loved the house, the wildlife, the area. Great place!”

“This house is an ideal location within walking distance to square and close to trails. The garage was usable to keep bikes in. The manager is super helpful and was so nice to accommodate a request we had. Would stay here again no question.”

“This was hands-down one of the cleanest properties I have ever stayed at! From the start, it was the smoothest check-in process I’ve ever experienced with this company—the smart lock worked seamlessly. The entire home felt incredibly comfortable, cozy, and welcoming. The Highlights:Great Sleep & Entertainment: The mattresses and bedding were absolutely perfect, and I slept wonderfully. “Cozy and clean home. The owners were very easy to communicate with. The location is lovely and the access to walking paths around a lake and trails was my favorite part. I would definitely stay there again.”
