「The breakfast was amazing! Rosa was kind and ready to help! The cleaning staff on the 5th floor was so accommodating and ready to provide for all of our needs! Our room was very clean and the gulf front view was beautiful. The beach access was perfect! The front desk was quick to get us checked in and checked out and reviewed everything available to us! Our week was made extra special by the Hampton Inn and Suites!」

「Our stay had two issues, of which one was resolved by the hotel staff, and the second was left unresolved for the duration of our visit.
First, we booked three identical rooms through Expedia, all of which were to be pool-side rooms with 2 queen beds. When we were checking in, the hotel claimed we had booked two pool side rooms and one standard room. After we were checked in, I pulled up the prepaid reservation and pointed out to the staff the discrepancy. The hotel staff resolved this issue...
