“Was shocked when arrived at the hotel entrance. Definitely not value for money. Will never return to the same hotel again.”

“I had amazing stay. It was so peaceful and relaxing even though you’re in a beautiful location in the city right next to chinatown and a walk away from the Brooklyn bridge! I definitely will be back. They even have free yoga in the sky!! Room service was super responsive even though I had them heat up my leftovers quite a few times🤗.”

“Breakfast is charged. Generally, 4-star hotels provide free breakfast. It is very noisy at night. The disco music on the 15th floor is very loud and the sound insulation is not good”

“就房間價錢而言，房間面積細少，環境衛生差，我曾看到有多隻曱甴在房間內游走。自來水質素差劣，水質混濁及有沉積物，須然更換房間但情況仍是一樣。酒店位於唐人街，四週治安環境感覺不好，經常聽到警車及救護車警號。而且街上有很多無家者及吸毒人士，感覺並不安全。整體而言，此酒店的性價比非常差劣，本人日後不會再訂住此間酒店。”

“The price and location are good, the staffs are nice and helpful. For NYC they are large and come with full kitchens. It's a good place to stay.”
