Upon our arrival, I was informed the hotel was sold out both the night before and the upcoming nights. However, once I entered the room, I was immediately overwhelmed by a foul, unclean odor. The carpet and floors appeared molded, and the shower and tub area were visibly dirty, with mildew and mold around the showerhead. I have attached photos to show the condition of the room.
I also had significant issues with the amenities. I specifically requested a refrigerator to store breast milk, which is medically necessary. The refrigerator was brought several hours later, and even then, it never functioned properly. As a result, I had to keep the milk on ice from the downstairs restaurant. Unfortunately, seven pouches of breast milk spoiled due to the refrigerator’s failure. The second refrigerator we were eventually given also malfunctioned, with a loud motor and no cooling.
In addition, the air conditioning unit did not maintain a consistent temperature, causing the room to remain uncomfortably hot. The lighting in the room did not work, and the shower knob was stuck, requiring nearly two hours before an engineer came to fix it. I also endured loud maintenance noises throughout the day in the hotel, without any prior notice or explanation.
I tried addressing these issues with your front desk staff upon checkout, but the staff member I spoke with (name badge not visible) was dismissive and unhelpful, showing no interest in resolving the matter.
