“I strongly do NOT recommend this property. I booked a “Comfort Suite” based on the photos and description, but the actual apartment was completely different and far below the advertised standard. This is clearly misleading to customers. The apartment was in unacceptable hygienic condition: dirty used bedding with hair, damaged sheets, dirty furniture and empty alcohol bottles left in the room. The bathroom was in very poor condition – yellow and dirty toilet seat and visible mold in the……

“Het verblijf liet over het algemeen een positieve indruk achter. Het personeel was vriendelijk en de kamer netjes, precies zoals op de foto’s weergegeven. De rustige ligging en het feit dat het appartement goed beveiligd is, met poorten die je enkel via een toegangscode kunt openen, zorgden voor een extra gevoel van veiligheid nog voor je het appartement bereikte. Toch waren er enkele minpunten die opvielen. In de kamer was duidelijke slijtage aanwezig: kapotte plinten, een barst in de lavabo……
