「We weren't informed that there are road works around the property so it was kind of surprise that we had a water cut for whole day. When water had been turned back on, it was brown. I guess if I knew, I'd probably cancel and book something else. Apart from that it was clean and location is great.」

"My room key was not working after my breakfast on the 2nd day. The staff checked/reactivated the key for me, but it was not working still. I went up & down twice to fixed it, which was quite annoying. Other than that, everything was good."
