"Sometimes pictures online don't accurately describe the actual hotel but in this case they do. The staff were very accommadating attempting to speak English and recommended a fantastic sushi restaurant close by. (Sho gun) The beds and linens were very comfortable which allowed for a great nights rest. The pool was very warm and it was very enjoyable for the family. Vushi and Nushi (-: (we love sushi so much)"

"J’ai adoré mon séjour dans cet hôtel! Les chambres sont très propres, modernes et bien aménagées. L’emplacement est idéal, près de tout ce dont on a besoin, ce qui rend les déplacements vraiment faciles. Le personnel était accueillant et l’ensemble de l’hôtel offre une belle ambiance. Je recommande sans hésitation!"

"The bathrooms were so lovely and the beds were comfortable. I enjoyed every minute. I would like to give a special mention to Tibo (Tiboux?) at the front desk, who made my trip even more enjoyable. He was incredibly thoughtful each night when I returned to the property, always so personable and inquiring about what fun things I did during my day. He genuinely became a favorite part of my journey. The only suggestion I had was for the window coverings. My window faced the gas station, which was well lit during the dark hours. Which meant my room was too. I would have enjoyed more dark with some better coverings. Other than that, absolutely a delight!"

"Perfect location by the port - yes you need to walk or take funicar to the top if you want but all of old port Quebec is within walking distance and clean rooms Now elevator was broken when we arrived Moses at front desk helped carry bags to the 4th floor and was so wonderful! After we reached out regarding the elevator and our concerns being so up they made it right and took care of us This will ensure we will be back Merci"
