Well equipped room, comfy bed/pillows, decent size with lots of bright natural light. Nearby the port/train while still highly walkable to the core shopping and restaurant district. Staff were extremely kind and helpful.
Friendly staff, clean room and the coffee in the room was a nice touch. Room heating/air conditioning was good and responsive.
The chair in the room needed to be replaced, very worn out.
Loved the location and huge room and nespresso cofymaker and fridge . Enjoyed being able to walk around Veuix Quebec and leave the car in the nearby garage . We definitely will be back to visit and stay
Good location. Nice new bar/restaurant on site. Close to many good places on Rue St Paul and relatively easy walk to lower Quebec and funicular. Have stayed three times and recommend !
Nice large room in the lower town. Big bathroom with soaking tub and shower. The only negative is our room was above a restaurant with a piano and someone was playing it at night but it did stop.
A great boutique hotel close to all the sites. Lower town right down the street. Via train station close by. Great restaurant in the hotel. We loved it. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Would stay again. Staff was great. Main carpets are a little tired making first impression a little weak but it was a fabulous experience.
Perfect location. Close to the train station, and to old town. Within 20 min from other atractions.

Liked: Staff & service
The floor of the room was sloped, so I had to change the position of my head to sleep. The bathroom floor wasn't very clean, so I did a quick wipe. The room was dusty. The location was comfortable.
Room was very clean and well appointed; our windows actually opened, which I appreciated. It is an older building, but it had modern touches while still keeping the original charm! It is in a fantastic location - right near the port and the fun touristy area, as well as the funicular. It was a clean and quiet hotel, and has overnight parking right across the street. We'd definitely stay again!
We stayed 4 days at this wonderful boutique hotel. It met every expectation we had. The room was cleaned every day. The bed was comfortable, and the front desk service was excellent. The room we had was very quiet. The food at the attached restaurant was delicious. We did so much walking, it was nice to come back to our room as we had a big bathtub to relax in after long adventures. We would gladly stay here again.
