“My stay here was great and was exactly what I was looking for. I wanted a home feeling that was close to Faulkner University and quiet so that I could relax and complete my studies in the evenings. The property manager had excellent communication throughout my stay. Everything was as posted and while I did not use the pool, I enjoyed the relaxing sounds of the water.”

“We came up for a weekend to my son's lacrosse game as he is at school at Huntingdon. I found the house very well stocked and inviting. It was an easy walk to the campus and I loved the neighborhood. There was constant contact with the owner and we will be stating here again.”

“This place was one of the BEST places I have stayed. Such charm and simplicity of the little bungalow the neighborhood was off the main path with little noise from the road even though it is in the corner. Close enough to walk downtown for a meal and we felt safe doing so. I will be looking to stay here in the future if it is available. Appreciate the hospitality!”

“This was a last minute booking and they were great helping us get it arranged. We had another property with a pool booked but the pool was out of order. We were in town for our daughter’s college graduation. Nice to have the pool and living room area to relax in. Kitchen was lacking in a few items (colander, hot pads, baking dishes).”

“As traveling (for-fun) golfers and friends, when we (Angelo, Corby and Paco) go on golfing trips we look for accommodations that are a), closest to the golfing facilities that we’re playing at b), are in safe neighborhoods and c), rental for the 3 days stay is manageable. This spacious home conveniently located near the center of the Capital City of Montgomery met our demands and then some! Our golfing facilities at RTJ, Capitol Hills in Pratville were just a 20 minutes drive. And it offered……

“One of the two central air units did not appear to be functioning as well as the other (the one in the master bedroom). The only table was a picnic table in the middle of the hallway and it was hard to walk around if anyone was sitting down at the table. YOu could eat in the kitchen at the bar. The kitchen was very generous size and fairly well appointed. The back yard was overgrown and there was trash in and around the firepit. Great location near the Memorial for Peace and Justice and the……

“We enjoyed our stay very much. The location was perfect for us. Just minutes to downtown and to the AF base. Plenty of room for 6 adults and a teenager. We had some difficulty getting in at first with the code provided, but management rectified to problem quickly. The house is older and the kitchen could use some updating, but it was clean and the beds were comfortable. We would stay again.”

“Simple but clean. Stayed to play golf at the Capitol Hill facility and the place met all of our needs.”

“It is a beautiful property. It was not cleaned very well. We bought cleaner and cleaned the kitchen. The countertop was dirty. The master bedroom bed was not supported in the middle. So it was very uncomfortable. The dishwasher did not work. And the outside lights in the back did not work. It is too beautiful of a property for You to not have it cleaned well”

“This property was great. I was attending a conference in Prattville. The directions to get to the cottage were exact. the neighborhood was quiet. After being in all-day discussions and learning sessions, it was nice to return somewhere that a lot of people weren't. Bed was comfortable. The bath towels were really good.”

“Had the side apartment of the house to ourselves. It was very clean and beautiful, and had plenty of hot water and great quality TV. You do technically share the house with others, but there is zero interaction with them since everything is adequately separated. Would definitely stay here again! Was very cozy and beautiful, and about a 15 minute drive from where all the shops and restaurants are. Great location, great host, great stay. ”
