「Would not stay here. Building seems to have various maintenance issues. Our first room half the outlets and lights didn’t work, were switched to a new room with same problems and the bathroom door would not stay shut. They collected $200 at check in for incidentals, which takes 3-5 days to refund if not used. The cherry on top was the rude manager (Michelle) who responded to my complaints about the hotel with “you should’ve booked on the Marriott app”. She offered no apologies, no refund and...

「Conveniently located to shops and restaurants and only 10 minutes to Texas Tech campus. The front desk attendant was very nice, polite and did a great job. The room was clean, pool was clean. We stayed here a few years ago and it was in much better shape. This time we stayed it could use some updating.」

「Room carpet wasn’t vacuumed pieces of trash around room on floor」

「⭐️ 1 Star — Very Disappointed I would NOT recommend staying at this hotel, especially if you expect basic things like hot water and a clean room. Before leaving, I...

「It was a great clean hotel」

「This was my third or fourth stay, and I love these folks. The rooms come with a big frig, sitting area with TV, big storage area outside the bath; ie lots of square footage. It is well away from a loop around the city, so not loud. The fact that I know the manager by name because THEY ARE SO WONDEFUL tells you everything. Go there and see.」
