Pioneer Pocket Hotel
The bath towels felt cheap as if they've never been washed before. Covered you in lint. There was only one window in the room, and the window shade was broken. This is a "staff-less" hotel, so there's no one on site to help you. No amenities available on site.

Baymont by Wyndham Lubbock - Downtown Civic Center
We checked in, went to the room and immediately went back to the office and told them that we could not stay there. The manager was very nice and professional and immediately refunded our money. Very old and not well kept property.
