「We made a booking through Expedia for a Suite room,and was confirmed through email. We drove straight to Lubbock, Texas after work. Arrived tired at 9PM. After checking in we had to go down to front desk because our key card wasn't working. Went back down the second time because they gave us a standard room vs suite room. Front desk said that it was the room Expedia booked for us and since our booking was made through a third party, they can not do anything about it. We're too tired to pursue...
