Great spot. Clean, with great amenities. Very adequate seating (which I find lacking in a lot of vacation rentals). Lubbock isn’t a very walkable town, but very nice sidewalks and parks for getting out and about. Would stay here again.

If we could give more stars we would for all aspects of this VRBO!! It was lovely, perfect for four senior citizens- great patio, dining, user friendly kitchen, Netflix, easy in and out with keyless entry. Extremely clean and beautifully furnished with mid-century modern. Very modern bathrooms. Easy check out instructions. Gary responded immediately to inquiries- both prior to stay and during. Great location for tourist sites with easy access. Easy to use heat/AC. Quiet neighborhood. Definitely a great home away from home.

Convenient to campus. Had the biting wind not been blowing from every direction, we could have enjoyed a walk to the basketball game (.7 miles). We did run to campus earlier in the day since it was a straight shot. The neighborhood was quiet and the accommodations just as advertised!

The home was a great find. We needed to spend a week in Lubbock so brining our dog was important and they had a wonderful yard for him. This house has everything you need and the space was inviting. Loved the easy of access and the ability to be close to everything. Highly recommend.

The overall look was very nice at first glance however when you go to sleep, their air conditioner sounds like a jet engine and it is extremely loud. The beds are not comfortable. It feels like you’re sleeping on the floor so if you’re used to comfort, I would not stay here. My husband and I did not sleep well at all. It was a very long night, but thank God it was only one. And the owner was kind of rude anytime. I tried to reach out to ask a question he was very short. The oven was so dirty. It looked like it had even developed rust so I would order out food if you stay here.
