Newly built home in a safe area near the West End is great for families, relaxing getaways, and groups. You are minutes away from everything Lubbock.....6 miles to Texas Tech, Covenant and UMC. Only 2 miles to LCU and Reese AFB. All with easy access.

Ideal place to stay when visiting your Texas Tech and LCU students. Perfect for graduations, weddings, concerts and football weekends.

Christmas Vacation

We rented this house while in town visiting family for Christmas. The house is in quiet neighborhood and close to several attractions in Lubbock. The house was very clean and well stocked. Sharla was wonderful with communicating before, during, and after our stay. We highly recommend this property and hope it is available with all of our trips to Lubbock.

Great Location in a new Neighborhood

This was a perfect base for our weekend in Lubbock for a high school graduation. Close to lots of shopping / restaurants / United Arena. Neighborhood is nice and new / never heard anything from the neighbors. Plenty of room for the 6 of us to relax and spend time with family. Would definitely stay here again!
