距離港口有段距離
"我們是到新加坡玩，住宿在 Swiss-Inn Batam。飯店的所在地距離最近的港口(HourborBay)搭 Taxi 要六塊多美金不算太遠。但是HourborBay到新加坡的船班每天只有四班，不是很方便。另外，飯店附近也沒有很多 Shopping 的地方，大部份時間都在飯店裡面休息。 而飯店本身的設施是非常簡易，健身中心只有三、四台設備，而且有些己經損壞不能使用。所以基本上我們並沒有使用他的健身中心。 Spa 的地方還算可以，只是舒適感不足，整體感覺不好。使用的精油似乎品質不佳，感覺不太洗得掉。 另外值得一提的是，我們沒有攜帶適合當地使用的插座轉換器，飯店人員很貼心的提供我們使用。"

"Great place to stay. This is an old building but the Marriott team has done a fantastic job in giving the place a face lift and raise the bar in terms of cleanliness and service. Billy at Front Desk was amazing. Great work all around."

"The room was filthy. The toilet reeked of urine and there was a heavy build up of gunk all around the toilet bowl and shower area. The sheets were stained and smelled like they were sprayed over with a fabric freshener. Used towels in wardrobe and ‘fresh’ towels had a damp smell. Utterly ..."

My personal review.
"The apartment is huge, with 3 bedrooms, living room and kitchen. Near to Nagoya, batam centre and grand mall. Good for family. The downside is that the toilet in the master bedroom was dirty, there was black spots in the bathtub. The whole unit floor was dusty and there were mold in the freezer."

"I am having event at Aston hotel. This unit is exactly at Aston but cheaper. So it is convenient for me. Room is comfy, bed is great. Owner or CD is responsive.
