The house is on two floors for a surface area of ​​210 square metres.
On the ground floor there is the entrance, 2 large living rooms, a dining room and a kitchen with fireplace.
Upstairs we find 4 bedrooms, 2 of which with terrace and 2 bathrooms with shower.
Outside, a large garden furnished with tables and chairs allows you to enjoy the mild climate of Tuscany starting in spring. The Villa also has a private playground where you can play football, basketball, volleyball and swing on the swings. In the garden there is an in-ground swimming pool open from 1 May to 30 October.
