This community is situated between between Montego Bay and Negril, with only a quick 30 minute drive to Jamaica two most popular tourist cities.

In the community there are pools, clubhouse, tennis court, multipurpose court, football field, running track, gym and nearby beaches.
The space
The home has two bedrooms, two bathroom, verandah, living room, dining, kitchen and laundry room.

The home is 900 sq ft / 84 sq meters. The space has air conditioning in both bedroom and living room and also has a solar water heater. Please note this is solar heat and may be affected with several consecutive rainy / overcast days.
Guest access
Guest have access to nearby beaches ( pointe beach is across from the community, negril famous seven mile beach is 30 minutes drive from property).

All community amenities are opened daily and all equipment needed to use these facilities are provided.

We have partnered with several service operators to provide additional services. These services include airport transfer, city tours, grocery deliveries services, spa, housekeeping, tennis pro, manicure and pedicure services at an additional cost.

We provide cable television in all bedrooms and living room. We also provide several streaming platforms for you to enjoy while you stay at our property. These streaming services include Disney +, HBO Max, and Netflix.

We provide several house and community amenities throughout your stay, these include soap, body wash, lotion, shampoo and hair conditioner. Community amenities include tennis rackets, table tennis rackets, football and basketball.

Located on the outskirts of this 24 hour secured community is Dolphin Cove(1 minute away) Grand Palladium Hotel (1), Chukka Adventure Park (5), Raggae paradise (9) Waterfront (3) and Pachies Restaurant (5).
