The hotel was very good and comfortable. The bed was good but not great. The shower was difficult to figure out & we couldn't avoid getting water on the bathroom floor. We used the room safe & it worked very well.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location is excellent — it’s just a short walk from Lucerne train station and very convenient for getting to the Old Town and exploring the city. The breakfast was also very good and exactly the kind of breakfast I enjoy. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall service was great. One thing to be aware of: one side of the hotel is directly next to the train tracks, so if you are sensitive to noise, I would recommend requesting a room on the other side of the hotel. Overall, a very convenient and pleasant stay, especially because of the great location and service.

The location was great. Our shower did not lock into place so awkwardly had to hold the shower head in place while showering. Reported to front desk our first morning and it did not get fixed.

The Hotel is in a convenient location to the train station and boat piers. Hotel Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and clean. Hi, it was a great hotel. We had to upgrade our room as the one we got faces a dump truck and train tracks. The staff didn’t explain that we had to use our discount coupon at the time of ordering room service and not at check out so we lost that money. Other than that great location and property.
