Great place but book through resort

It is an awesome place to stay. The unit is located yards away from the ski lift in Okemo's Mountain Lodge. But if you want to stay in the Mountain Lodge I recommend booking directly through the Okemo resort. This unit is not operated by Red Awning, it is owned and operated by Okemo. Red Awning is essentially a middle man. You'll avoid unnecessary VRBO/owner fees if you go directly through the Okemo resort.

Best Possible Location

The location is awesome, you look right out at the A Quad Lift. The unit is a good size for 2 people, but is very old besides the Kitchen. It is only because of the location that this property is worth the cost.
