Linnet House is in the heart of Ludlow Town near to the market streets and Ludlow Castle overlooking Lower Broad Street and the picturesque river crossing.

The house is part of a unique and luxurious renovation of a beautiful Town House style building. The entrance to the house is accessible from the street and is both grand and discreet.

This property offers exceptional versatility with open plan reception and entertaining space. All living areas are well designed as well as benefitting from bespoke finishes, the designer kitchen and bathrooms gives a modern feeling throughout to this traditional property.

The property is split over three floors and comprises of four bedrooms, with impressive period features adding character to the master bedroom and three guest suites. Aside from the generous open plan reception rooms the property also benefits from views over some of the city's iconic landmarks.

A unauthorised late check out or early check in will be charged to you if not agreed in writing as this causes issues with our cleaning teams. Please note the office shuts at 9pm and if you are checking in after 9pm we won't be able to answer any enquiries until 9am the next morning.

Unfortunately this property is unable to accept pets.

A damage deposit of £250 is required for booking.

Our Cancellation policy is 3 days before check-in is fully refundable, anytime after the 3 days before is non-refundable.
