“Very happy with Icon. Entrance and access were convenient and easy, location very good, with bus stops within a 2-3 minute walk, the Lido/Cassarate area only 12-15 minute walk, and downtown only a 20-minute or so walk. The building was modern, and accommodation was very nice. Murphy bed very comfy, good kitchen and a very good bathroom with a rain showerhead. Nothing but nice things to say...we really loved it! ”

“Great location and communication.”

“The excellence began even before check-in: the host was proactive in reaching out to provide advice. The apartment is very well-located, just a short walk to the funicular/stairs that take one into the heart of the town (one tip: unless you have mobility issues, the funicular is unnecessary; it’s an easy and charming walk). The little terrace was a perfect place for coffee and croissants in the morning and the washer/dryer, discreetly hidden behind a cabinet in the kitchen, was a tremendous……

“Ein Mitarbeiter von uns musste im Tessin arbeiten, er war mit der Unterkunft sehr zufrieden.”

“The apartment was close to the water, cafes, and restaurants. The layout was very nice. We used the pull out couch, and it was comfortable. The washer and dryer were also easy to use. Appliances were modern, as well as the bathroom. The bottle of rosé was an appreciated touch! ”

“This property was in a beautiful spot and was comfortable to stay there. Unfortunately the kitchen was not stocked at all. We have stayed at other AirB&Bs and they all had minimal items needed: paper towels, dishwasher soap, one morning’s worth of coffee, olive oil, spices. This property should have all this to give it a perfect rating. ”

“Area amazing, in the town . Close to all amenities. Property clean. Sofa bed not comfortable to sleep on. Building work outside from 7am till around 2pm but was no stress for us because we ware always out. Parking , you have to buy permit 10£ a day. Overall good experience. Location amazing.”

“There were ants everywhere in the apartment, including in the fridge. The Wi-Fi didn't work either. ”

“The view from is breathtaking, you have to walk 15 to get to bus station. It’s very quiet . Communication with local office is very poor . You are paying for view The place is extremely small . You are far from town and bus stops . ”

“Nuestra experiencia fue 7/10. Puntos de mejora: el edificio se encuentra a la orilla de una calle bastante transitada por lo que cruce a veces es dificultoso. El edificio tiene mucha humedad y el olor destaca bastante dentro y fuera del apto. El apto está ubicado en un 4to piso en escalera de caracol sin elevador. Cuando llegamos el código de entrada no funcionaba por lo que nos pusimos en contacto con Iván que amablemente nos resolvió, al igual que el internet que no funcionaba tamb nos ayudó……

“Nicely furnished with great view. If you have a rental then make sure that you have a small car, because the road up to the apartment and especially the parking spot in the garage is very very narrow. ”

“Everything was very clean. The location is fantastic. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable as the majority of sofa beds and the bathroom door needed oil as it makes lots of noise. Everything else was excellent. ”
