"This property had amazing views, was extremely clean, and had access to local buses that brought us to Lugano center. The hosts were responsive and kind. We left items at the apartment and the host quickly delivered them back. "

"We had a wonderful stay here. The apt had washer and dryer and very clean. It is also walking distance to the train station. We stayed here mainly to go to Lake Como and it was an easy bus trip to Mennagio. Gea was very easy to work with and gracious. The area is very quite which is nice after being around a ton of other busy places in Switzerland and Lake Como area. "

"Area amazing, in the town . Close to all amenities. Property clean. Sofa bed not comfortable to sleep on. Building work outside from 7am till around 2pm but was no stress for us because we ware always out. Parking , you have to buy permit 10£ a day. Overall good experience. Location amazing."

Es war alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Matratze war recht hart und das Sofa leider nicht besonders bequem, aber für den Preis war es insgesamt absolut okay. Etwas kompliziert war die Anleitung zur Tiefgarage – da alles online lief und man niemanden vor Ort...

"Excellent apartment with a fantastic view, really easy to find, excellent communications with Happy Rentals. A parking place would be nice if possible as it is quite a hike from the public parking places to the apartment Would be nice to have a Wi-Fi password that works and is relatively easy to input, not a 16 character input with dashes....."

"Everything about the property listing was true & the location and its amenities were great. The space was large and having 2.5 bathrooms was nice for the group. Future guests should be aware that the space is completely open concept and there are no doors between sleeping spaces and the main area. Thank goodness host provided detailed photos for check in bc the space was in an obscure location. It was a perfect one night stay for us."

"Flawless check-in. Great location in the proximity of the city center with a nice coffee shop downstairs that offers great breakfast options but in the same time in a quiet street. Love the building, the amenities and the design of the apartment that is generous in space and cozy. It's one of those places that puts a lot of effort in the details and it's noticeable: In the shower I was like: 'that's a good soap & shampoo. Where can I find this?', in the bedroom 'Wow...that's a cool ceiling...
