A great location that will age well.

We loved the access to downtown Lugano and the Bus stations. We were able to access Franklin University easily and enjoyed the restaurants and shopping near us. The Migros was a great find! Our only problem was that it has not grown up, yet. It was missing small amenities like: enough living room seats, additional lights (one bathroom was VERY dark), the doors are mis-aligned and so don’t open very easily. Little stuff that will get sorted as the building gets lived in.
